Whether you are working with an injury, new to yoga, or simply don’t have time to fit a group class into your schedule, Lindsay mindfully designs each private session specifically to meet your individual needs. These sessions can be treated therapeutically with attention to your specific requests and goals, or as an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of yoga philosophy and deepen your connection to your practice.
