Private yoga sessions with Lindsay offer you an amazing opportunity to get one-on-one guidance and attention to deepen your understanding of the poses with proper alignment for YOUR body so that you can find YOUR expression of each posture while keeping your body safe throughout your practice. Whether you are working with an injury, new to yoga, or simply don’t have time to fit a group class into your schedule, Lindsay mindfully designs each private session specifically to meet your individual needs. These sessions can be treated therapeutically with attention to your specific requests and goals, or as an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of yoga philosophy and deepen your connection to your practice. Private sessions can be offered in studio or in the comfort of your own home.
Private Yoga Teacher Training
Newly certified as a yoga instructor? Haven’t taught in a few years and looking to brush up your teaching skills? Lindsay works one-on-one with yoga instructors to refine teaching cues, language, theory, alignment, assists and theming classes.
Private Group Classes
Round up a group of friends, teammates or family together and experience the benefits of yoga at a time and location that is convenient for you. Whether you are looking for a special one-time occasion (such as a girls night, family reunion or kids birthday party) or an on-going weekly practice at your home, workplace, school or on the field, Lindsay will come to you! Each group class is tailored to meet the various interests, goals and skill levels of everyone within the group.
Private Yoga Retreats

If the dates don’t align with your schedule or a week-long retreat in Costa Rica isn’t in your budget, a private retreat experience may be your answer! Whether it is a solo journey, one with close friends and family at a cottage or a corporate wellness retreat, the customized retreat experience is truly a transformational and healing experience that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and inspired from within. Lindsay offers 1/2 day, full day, weekend or week-long retreats at locations of your choice. Whatever your intentions are, Lindsay will work with you to create an experience that is both energizing and nurturing for your body, mind and soul.
Incorporating Yoga in the Classroom - A workshop for teachers, ECE’s, parents and child and youth workers.
Every child can benefit from the practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness exercises to relieve stress and strengthen the connection between mind and body. This workshop empowers teachers, parents, early childhood educators and anyone working with young children to confidently and playfully share the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to the K-8 age groups.
In this workshop you will learn:
*Basic yoga postures and safety tips
*Yoga songs, games, partner and group poses
*How to create and lead a 10-30 minute yoga practice for children
*Simple breathing exercises
*How to guide mini age appropriate meditations
