Slow Flow- An engaging and mindful vinyasa practice where postures move seamlessly from one to the next. Guided by the breath and sprinkled with creative sequencing and adventurous transitions, this is a strong yet slow physical practice where you will have time in each pose to really explore micro-movements and settle into your own expression of the postures. Classes begin with a centering meditation and end with a restful savasana (relaxation). Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, flirt with their growing edge and let the voice of their bodies guide their practice.
